When you use Bezl, we may collect:
- Account Information: email address and authentication credentials required to create and manage your account.
- Photos and Images: content you upload to create frames, collages, albums, and other features within the App.
- Shared Album Content: photos and content you contribute to shared albums.
Album and Sharing Information
When you create or participate in shared albums, we collect:
- Album ownership and membership information.
- Album permissions and sharing settings.
- Shared photos and related metadata.
Technical Information
To provide and secure the App, we may collect:
- Device identifiers and technical information necessary for authentication and security.
- Basic usage information relating to App functionality and performance.
We do not use your personal information for behavioural advertising or sell your personal information to third parties.

- Create and manage user accounts.
- Store, process, and display photos and albums.
- Enable photo sharing and collaboration features.
- Process subscriptions and in-app purchases.

- RevenueCat: subscription and in-app purchase management.
- Other service providers that support the operation, security, and maintenance of the App.
These providers process personal information only on our behalf and under contractual safeguards.
6. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed or stored in countries outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (EEA). Where international transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards, including:
- UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA);
- UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs);
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses; or
- Other lawful transfer mechanisms recognised under applicable data protection laws.

- Provide the App and its services;

Bezl is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum digital consent age applicable in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorisation.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time without prior notice to users. Any material changes will be communicated through the App or by other appropriate means. The latest version will always be available within the App.
